The Analysis of User Satisfaction with Livin By Mandiri Security for Tangerang City Students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the security of the Livin' by Mandiri application in Tangerang City using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The study finds that Timeliness is the most influential factor in user satisfaction with the security of the Livin' by Mandiri application. Therefore, enhancing user satisfaction can be achieved by ensuring that security information and updates are delivered promptly to users. These findings provide valuable insights for application developers to focus on timeliness in delivering security information to improve user satisfaction.
