The Analysis of the Effectiveness of ChatGPT in Helping the Learning Process of STMIK Inter-Nation Students

With the advancement of technology, more and more products from openAI have emerged, one of which is ChatGPT. ChatGPT has been widely used, especially in the field of education. Many previous studies have shown that using ChatGPT in the learning process has a positive impact. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ChatGPT in assisting the learning process among students at STMIK Antar Bangsa. This study employs a quantitative analysis method, with data collected through surveys distributed to 180 students. The results show that most students responded positively to the high-scale use of ChatGPT to help with the learning process in lectures. This is attributed to the role and benefits provided by ChatGPT in three aspects of the learning process: student engagement, material comprehension, and learning effectiveness.
