Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ANFIS untuk Estimasi Persediaan Stok Produk Herbal HPAI

Abstrak

Abstract— PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia or HPAI is Halal Network Business Network company in Indonesia that focuses for Herbal products. Currently there are many agent that provide HPAI products in Indonesia. Usually, new Stock Center have a problem to knowing what products must be purchased or provided to fit the market’s desires and not accumulate. This research was conducted in order to help the stock center to estimate inventory of herbal products so as not accumulate. This study uses Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System or ANFIS through the Matlab R2014a tools box. This study produces a comparison of RMSE for Hybrid and Backpropagation methode in the training and testing process which the hybrid methode is more optimal to produce estimates than Backpropagation method. Intisari— PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia atau HPAI merupakan perusahaan Bisnis Halal Network di Indonesia yang berfokus pada produk-produk Herbal. Saat ini sudah banyak tersebar Agen Stok yang menyediakan produk HPAI di Indonesia. Biasanya Agen atau Stock Center baru memiliki kendala untuk mengetahui produk apa saja yang harus dibeli atau disediakan agar sesuai dengan keinginan pasar dan tidak menumpuk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan dapat membantu Stok Center melakukan estimasi persediaan produk herbal agar tidak menumpuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System atau ANFIS melalui tool box Matlab R2014a. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perbandingan RMSE untuk metode Hybrid dan Backpropagation pada proses pembelajaran atau training, dan proses validasi atau testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa metode hybrid lebih optimal menghasilkan estimasi dibandingkan metode Backpropagation Kata Kunci— ANFIS, Estimasi, Herbal, Persediaan
