Perancangan dan Implementasi Windows Exchange 2010 (Studi Kasus PT Agape World Wide Logistics)

Abstrak

Abstract — Electronic mail or email of the means needed to communicate to support daily activities. This is what is needed in support either personally or personally or for the company. The use of email or email services has a very important role to support from any communication activities between colleagues in the company or just a member of information so as to make work activities more quickly and effectively. PT Agape World Wide Logistics is a company engaged in forwarder services from the filed of export, import, clearance and trucking. In providing information required a means of support in activities of communication both felow staff and employees and provide information to the customer. The design and implementation of mail server at PT Agape World Wide Logistics based on Windows Exchange 2010 supports the work of the company and provides solutions to communicate among employees. It is expected that in the future, with this implementation, it can improve and simpify the work system and able to systematically compile from each divison of the company. Intisari — Surat elektronik atau email adalah salah satu sarana yang dibutuhkan dalam berkomunikasi untuk mendukung kegiatan sehari hari. Hal ini yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung baik secara personal atau pribadi ataupun bagi perusahaan. Pengunaan email atau layanan surat elektronik mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk mendukung dari setiap aktivitas komunikasi antara rekan kerja diperusahaan atau hanya sekedar member informasi sehingga membuat aktivitas kerja lebih cepat dan efektif. PT Agape World Wide Logistics adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa forwarder dari bidang eksport,import, clearance dan trucking. Dalam memberikan informasi dibutuhkan suatu sarana yang mendukung dalam kegiatan aktivitasnya dalam bentuk komunikasi baik sesama staff dan karyawan serta memberikan informasi kepada customer. Perancangan dan Implementasi mail server pada PT Agape World Wide Logistics berbasis Windows Exchange 2010 mendukung kerja perusahaan dan memberikan solusi berkomunikasi sesama karyawan. Diharapkan kedepan dengan ada nya implementasi ini dapat memperbaiki dan mempermudah sistem kerja dan mampu mengkompilasi secara sistematis dari masing masing divisi perusahaan.
