Analisis Penerapan IT Balancedscorecard yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Divisi Teknologi Informasi di Bank Syariah

Abstrak

ABSTRACT – In business competition, IT becomes something that fundamental to be integrated in the company to survive the face of competition. When the company decided to implement IT as part of doing business, then the company should be able to perform measurements of whether information technology that is used to improve the performance of the company. One way to measure it using IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives including Corporate Contribution, User Orientation, Operational Excellence, Future Orientation. Result showed that the User Orientation perspective affect the performance of IT.

 

Intisari - Dalam persaingan bisnis, IT menjadi sesuatu yang fundamental untuk diintegrasikan di dalam perusahaan agar tetap bertahan menghadapi persaingan. Ketika perusahaan memutuskan untuk menerapkan IT sebagai bagian dalam menjalankan bisnis, maka perusahaan harus dapat melakukan pengukuran apakah Teknologi Informasi yang digunakan mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu cara mengukurnya menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard yang memiliki empat perspektif antara lain Corporate Contribution, User Orientation, Operational Excellence, Future Orientation. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan bahwa perspektif User Orientation berpengaruh terhadap kinerja IT.
