Abstract

Abstract – The Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage service system at PIP Adzikra CBD Ciledug Branch is currently still manually. Service systems like this have limited distance and time. To make it easier for prospective pilgrims and Umrah to be more efficient in registering themselves as prospective pilgrims and Umrah. In carrying out its business activities there are several obstacles faced by PT. Adzikra Tour & Travel namely the increasing number of registrants, the more difficult it is to serve pilgrims and Umrah, the need for improvements to the service system of pilgrims and Umrah that are running in the PIP Adzikra CBD Ciledug, Belun the existence of an online Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage service system.
