PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM PRESENSI TERPADU FINGERPRINT TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (Studi Kasus : Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan)

Abstrak

Abstract - Success in the implementation of the information system of course having component parts that supports in the process of the implementation .One components influence in the implementation of the information is users. This research has objective to know the influence of the effectiveness of revenue the application of like fingerprint employees to the awareness of discipline civil in city fire south jakarta lebak bulus. In this research researchers used a method of structural equation modeling (SEM) with the approach tam and softrware amos 22 as a means of the analysi. A method of shem used to know causal relationships that is on the variables of research in research this is a five variable tam that is perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, actual system usage, behavioral intention to use and attitude toward using. To get the data valid researchers used the questionnaire given to 150 respondents consisting off leaders, staff and field officers. The questionnaire designed by using likert scale. After undergone a model diketahu validity that the variable perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use significant positive on variables actual system usage. While the two other variables do not have a causal relation with other variables. From the results of a test of the validity of the model we can conclude only three a factor in tam that influence the acceptance the use of spt fingerprint.

Intisari - Kesuksesan dalam penerapan sistem informasi tentunya memiliki komponen yang mendukung dalam proses pelaksanaanya. Salah satu komponen yang berpengaruh dalam penerapan sistem informasi adalah pengguna. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektifitas penerimaan penerapan SPT fingerprint pegawai terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jakarta Selatan Lebak Bulus. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan TAM dan softrware amos 22 sebagai alat analisisnya. Metode SEM digunakan untuk mengetahui  hubungan kausal yang ada pada variabel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah lima variabel TAM yaitu Perceived of Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Actual System Usage, Behavioral Intention To Use dan Attitude Toward Using. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid peneliti menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 150 responden yang terdiri dari pimpinan, staf dan petugas lapangan. Kuesioner dirancang dengan menggunakan skala likert. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas model diketahu bahwa variabel Perceived of Usefulness dan Perceived Ease Of Use berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel Actual System Usage. Sedangkan dua variabel lain tidak memiliki hubungan kausal dengan variabel lainya. Dari hasil uji validitas model dapat disimpulkan hanya tiga faktor dalam TAM yang berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan penggunaan SPT Fingerprint.
