MODEL PENERAPAN FUZZY INFERENCE SYSTEM MAMDANI UNTUK MENENTUKAN GURU BERPRESTASI STUDY KASUS PADA SMK HUTAMA BEKASI

Abstrak

Abstract— Selection of Vocational Teachers Achievement aims to provide motivation, loyalty, , dedication and professionalism of teachers, so it has a positive effect on performance. This study aims to determine the outstanding teachers by using Mamdani fuzzy inference system models or often also known as min-max method.
The variables used for the calculation of fuzzy on this system is teacher performance variables, creative and innovative work, mentoring students, and self-development. The design of the system to obtain the output is done in several steps: the formation of fuzzy sets, formation rules, the determination of the composition of the rules, the assertion (defuzzyfication). With the establishment of this system is expected to assist the school in making the right decisions to determine the outstanding teachers in the school .

 

Intisari— Pemilihan Guru SMK Berprestasi bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi, loyalitas, dedikasi dan profesionalisme guru, sehingga berpengaruh positif pada kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan guru berprestasi dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy inference system model Mamdani atau sering juga dikenal dengan metode min-max. Variabel yang digunakan untuk perhitungan fuzzy pada sistem ini adalah variabel kinerja guru, hasil karya kreatif dan inovatif, pembimbingan peserta didik, dan pengembangan diri. Perancangan sistem untuk mendapatkan output dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu: pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, pembentukan aturan-aturan, penentuan komposisi aturan, penegasan (defuzzyfikasi). Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu sekolah dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk menentukan guru berprestasi di sekolahnya.
