Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Jasa Pengiriman dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Proses (AHP)

Abstract

The selection of delivery services is usually done to find out the estimated time, security guarantees, tracking access, area coverage, and customer service. The role of shipping services as a means is the main focus in distributing goods to their destination correctly and quickly. The formulation of the problem of this study is to find out how to make a Decision Support System for the selection of shipping services and rank the results of the calculation of the value weight of shipping services using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to find out which shipping services are widely chosen according to their criteria. Based on the ranking in the AHP Method Delivery Service Decision Support System, the results of the calculation of criteria are obtained, namely, the first rank is J&T Express with a value of 0.47043, the second rank is JNE with a value of 0.31269, the third rank is SiCepat with a value of 0.14988, and the fourth rank is Anteraja with a value of 0.0670.
