Implementasi Metode SMART pada Pemilihan Penerima Beasiswa Aktivis Mahasiswa Bogor

Abstract

Education is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, especially regarding the Single Tuition Fee (UKT). The large number of students who have difficulty paying UKT is the reason for several parties and donors working with foundations to overcome this problem by opening a new registration pathway for scholarships with a manual registration flow. This is a new problem that makes it difficult for staff to determine scholarship recipients who are eligible for scholarships and takes a lot of time. In the problems that occur above, a Decision Support System was created to determine the Bogor Student Activist Scholarship Recipients which will assist both in the process of inputting scholarship applicant file data and the process of determining student activist scholarship recipients using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating (SMART) Technique. The system created can be said to be feasible to use because the results of the recommendations are in accordance with user expectations and the process of inputting scholarship applicant file data and the scholarship selection process becomes more effective and efficient
