The Analysis of Satisfaction with the Quality and Trust of GoRide Student Customers on the Gojek Application in Tangerang City

Various aspects of human life have been changed by the rapid advancement of technology, especially in terms of transportation in Tangerang City. GOJEK's goal is to connect ojek drivers with passengers. This business first appeared in Jakarta in 2011. This study was conducted to evaluate customer satisfaction with the services and trust provided by Go Ride to students in Tangerang City. The results are expected to help Gojek improve its customer service and trust to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty to their services. This study distributed questionnaires to collect data. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study involved 42 individuals.
