Abstract

Visiontech Indograha (VTI) operates in the fields of IT infrastructure, electronic security, and energy equipment. VTI is committed to strengthening its collaboration with business partners to provide customers with the best access to IT infrastructure, electronic security, and energy metering solutions. VTI has a diverse workforce and is supported by employees with different fields of knowledge and educational backgrounds. All employees have extensive opportunities to improve their knowledge/skills and leadership qualities for future career advancement through various education or training programs offered by the company. When accepting new employees, there is a need for a Decision Support System to support decision-makers, but does not replace assessment. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for calculating pairwise comparison matrices, eigen, priority scale, maximum eigen, consistency index (CI), and consistency ratio (CR). As a selection process for employee recruitment, several criteria are used to determine which prospective applicants will be accepted. Decision Support Systems help company leaders decide which applicants to choose by designing and implementing programs and making calculations easier. AHP is used as a calculation method in employee recruitment selection.
