Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta

Abstrak

Abstract— The implementation of Hospital Management Information System or SIMRS, is very important nowadays. This is done as an exchange of information from manual process to computerization by using information system. This research is done through literature study, problem formulation, problem solving, data analysis, and then drawing conclusions based on theoretical study. Simple linear regression analysis is an analysis of the relationship of one dependent variable or Y with one independent variable or X. The problem that became the study in this research, is the influence of the application of Hospital Management Information System or SIMRS, to the improvement of Employee Performance. With the test using Simple Linear Regression the result of research shows that the average Y result is 26,02% influence of SIMRS to Performance and b ,direction number or regression coefficient, SIMRS to Performance equal to 0,2%. While in the determinant coefficient test obtained value coefficient determinant or KP, of 4%. This proves that SIMRS has a contribution value to employee performance of only 4%. From the hypothesis test with the calculated r obtained 1.2 results <1.701 , t table N = 30, so based on t table there is no significant and positive relationship between SIMRS on employee performance. Intisari— Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit atau SIMRS, sangat penting saat ini. Hal ini dilakuakan sebagai pertukaran informasi dari proses manual ke komputerisasi dengan menggunakan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, perumusan masalah,pemecahan masalah, analisis data, dan selanjutnya penarikan simpulan berdasarkan kajian teori. Analisis regresi linear sederhana adalah analisis terhadap hubungan satu variabel tak bebas atau Y dengan satu variabel bebas atau X. Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini, adalah pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit atau SIMRS terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan pengujian menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana hasil penelitain menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata - rata Y sebesar 26,02 % pengaruh SIMRS terhadap Kinerja dan b , angka arah atau koefisien regresi, SIMRS terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,2 %. Sedangkan dalam uji Koefisien penentu diperoleh nilai Koefisien Penentu atau KP, sebesar 4%. Ini membuktikan bahwa SIMRS memiliki nilai kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan hanya sebesar 4%. Dari uji hipotesa dengan r hitung diperoleh hasil 1,2 < 1,701, t tabel N= 30, sehingga berdasarkan t tabel tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara SIMRS terhadap kinerja karyawan.
