Pemilihan Siswa Berprestasi di SMP Terpadu Syanggit Cendekia Dengan Metode Profile Matching

Abstrak

Abstract- the process of determining male and female student who excel in achievement only in view of the value rapot, and do not use other references to determine his feat, so the results are not objective. In a profile matching process outlines a process of comparing the individual’s competence in job competency that can be known differences in competence is also called the gap is getting smaller gap is generated, the weight of arge value which means it has a greater chance to be recommended to be selected in this case as a student achievement. Research carried out by determining the aspects and sub- spects and their search for weight values for each sub aspect, seeking GAP between the profile with method determined the four elements of aspects and totalized then do the ratings process that will determine the outcome of objective.

Intisari-Saat ini proses penentuan siswa dan siswi yang unggul dalam prestasi hanya di lihat dari nilai rapot dan tidak menggunakan acuan lainuntuk menentukan prestasi nya, sehingga hasil yang didapat belum objektif. Dalam proses profile matching secara garis besar merupakan proses membandingkan antara kompetensi individu ke dalam kompetensi jabatan sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya (disebut juga gap), semakin kecil gap yang dihasilkan maka bobot nilainya semakin besar yang berarti memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk direkomendasikan untuk terpilih dalam hal ini sebagai siswa berprestasi. penelitian dilakukan dengan menentukan aspek dan sub aspek beserta mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek,mencari GAP antara profile dengan keadaan data dari siswa dengan metode ini ditentukan empat unsure aspek dan ditotal kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan hasil yang obyektif.
